- Fountain beverages are 83% water
- Soups and sauces are up to 80% water
With these percentages, it should be a no brainer that water filtration systems should be installed on all ice machines, steamers, boilers and beverage dispensers.
Over time, the original filter will do what it is supposed to; collect debris, iron and other small particles. After installing these systems, it’s imperative to keep a strict schedule maintaining the actual filters themselves.
